Returns and Refund Policy

Unused, unopened products may be returned and refunded. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping charge to get the item back and a 20% restocking fee.

A refund will be issued only if the customer has contacted our shipping/returns department prior to returning the package. Please include your name, address, phone number and date of purchase for refunds.

Products cannot be refunded 30 days after the original purchase date. If materials are returned without prior consent from Superior Epoxy Supply, no refund will be given.
NO EXCEPTIONS!

To ensure product quality to our customers we do not accept returns of liquid products even if they have been unopened. We cannot control where and how these products are stored when out of our possession and for this reason cannot accept returns of liquids.

Partially used or opened products cannot be returned.

Please contact us at 402-413-5000 with questions or for authorization before returning any products so we will expect your inbound package, re-ship if required or refund your purchase.
